Returns & refunds

We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos (Trough email contact@thefunguywa.com.au , Facebook or Instagram chats) and we can help you troubleshoot. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey!

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We will provide a return or refund under the following circumstances:

We sent you the wrong product:
If we shipped you the wrong product we’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please email contact@thefunguywa.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. 

You changed your mind:
Excluding items described in the Terms “RETURNS & REFUNDS EXCLUSIONS” below, if you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return product is received by us, you will be issued a refund to your payment method used when purchasing. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective Products.

Mushroom Mini Farms and Live Cultures returns and refunds 

We do not offer returns or refunds for Mushroom Mini Farms, CO2 generator bags and Mushroom Cultures (agar, liquid culture, grain spawn, sterilised grain and sterilised substrates) purchases if you’ve ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind. This is due to it being a perishable product.

Customised Arts items
We do not offer returns or refunds for customised Arts items (ie. Greeting Cards with custom messages) purchases if you’ve ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind.

Additional non-returnable or non-refundable items:
Gift cards, downloadable items.

Refer to workshops page for specific T&Cs.

Excluding gifted items described in the Terms “RETURNS & REFUNDS EXCLUSIONS” and providing the gifted items were purchased directly from The FunGuy wa website or from The FuyGuy wa stall at an event.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
